Today I was doing some searches on the net for any information I could find on my farm area. Well I found a complete up to date listing of all the houses sold pictures address and prices! This is awesome info! There are a ton of fixer upper properties that have been purchased.

Next step to the court house to add to my buyers list!

Following Flip This Wholesaler closely. I completed step 1 today. I got MLS access and found a realtor to work with.. He is a new realtor and is open to new ideas and anything to get a sale right now.

Had another productive day today. I got into contact with a wholesaler/Rehabber in my farm area. He actually has an LLC set up and is active. He recently did 1 rehab and sold it and has 1 deal on the same block that he is trying in wholesale.

I drove out to take a look and check out the block and the amount of rehab that he does etc.......He does a good job from the looks of the exterior of the home. Well I decided to do some driving and check out that little section of town to see if there was any other action going on or something for sale. Turns out on the same st. 1 block away I found a fixer FSBO......Its vacant and has a tiny sign on a side window so its really hard to see.

I have about 25 numbers I need to contact and get things moving. Everything from these FSBO's to For Rent apts and homes in my farm area.

Well, I need to dig into these numbers and get some calls going.

I purchsed Steph Davis Ebook today flip this REO. Its short and to the point. I like it. I learned a few things and it clearified a few things. I will learn something new everytime I read it and I will read it alot. I'm going to keep continuing action tomorrow. I have alot of phone calls to make.

Well today I went to my new farm area. I searched out a new area because I have not been able to find many of the boarded up homes I need to find to flip. My new farm area has plenty homes for sale and alot of renovation going on. Things are good! I got about 10 numbers today that I need to call tomorrow. I spent alot of time getting to know the area and I think I finally fond my gold mine.

Going Full Time Wholesaling

Tomorrow will be my first day as a full time wholesaler! I'm going full time due to my appendix bursting. I'm going to take this negative and turn it into a positive. I cant work for a few months so I might as well live my dream and make this wholesaling work! If you want to learn from my experiences please follow me closely. I will put everything in here! This is going to be awesome! Right now I am going to be using Steve Cooks and Eric Medamars wholesaling material. I will probably be buying Steph Davis info also because she is really great at what she does and I can learn alot from her. Your not going to read about me reading and learning. I'm past that and ready to fly.
